Tools for Weaving the Future
Many of us question whether our everyday work is truly making the difference we want to see in the world…
These courses are for anyone looking for support in making ambitious changes - whether through non-profit, government, business, or grassroots. We draw on different ways of knowing like intuition and emotional intelligence, while also bringing in user-friendly tools and a systematic approach to making changes.
We aim to help you:
Realize that making ambitious, meaningful change is possible.
Address the gap between ambitious visions and everyday work
Draw on research and theories complexity and systems change while not getting lost in the details
Alter our relationship with the systems we live and work with, by shifting root causes.
Identify accessible tools and approaches that can help you make tangible and meaningful changes
INDIVIDUAL COURSES
Individual courses help you understand specific tools and approaches that can help you move closer to making the difference you hope to see in the world.
These sessions have been developed for an audience of individuals from different organisations. You will learn and share with other participants, drawing on a project you are currently working on or want to build.
You will leave the course with a rough draft of a theory of change and/or evaluation plan for your work, with guidance for identifying next steps to move forward.
